Strength and Conditioning

Most of us would like to lose some fat and add muscle tone.  Strength and Conditioning uses various strength training methods to sculpt strong and lean bodies.  We work with compound (mult-joint) movements to torch the most calories as well as conditioning circuits that increase the metabolism for days after the work out.  Classes are small in size to keep everyone safe and workouts can be tailored to individual goals.  

This is not a class, it is small group personal training.  We work together to improve strength through basic compound movements.  Fitness trends come and go, but the practice of lifting heavy things has been around for thousands of years and it will outlast the latest trademarked work out to hit the fitness industry.

Strength and Conditioning offers an accepting environment where you can increase your strength, move better and feel great about your body.
