Perk Fitness Pilates ClassesThe Pilates method of body conditioning is an energetic full body workout employing either one’s own body resistance on the mat or spring-based weight resistance on the equipment. Instructor Lynne Martens will show you how the Pilates method creates toned, strong and flexible muscles while building stamina, posture and balance. The mat classes are fun and stimulating and enhanced by various small props like magic circles, small and big balls, rollers, light weights and Therabands.
