Anna Judge

My passion for fitness started at an early age with all kinds of dance. After 15 years as a dancer I was inspired to try new things, and this led me to yoga, pilates, running, paddling on a dragon boat team, and ultimately to personal training. I want to use my knowledge gained from these various disciplines to inform my clients’ progress toward physical well-being. Helping people is important to me, and I hope to inspire people to see that any change, big or small, can have a profound effect on their lives.
