Ryan Lang brings to Perk Fitness an sense of humor, wit, and compassion. in helping students to realize their potential in their yoga practice. In his spare time you might find Ryan skateboarding, creating art in a variety of mediums, or in down dog on one of our local beaches and hiking trails.
A long time practitioner, Ryan began teaching in 2012 and completed the 200 hour teacher certification program at Yoga Vermont where he is an integral part of Yoga Vermont’s yoga with horses program,
Ryan leads a 60 minute vigorous Vinyasa flow class. Emphasizing breath, mindfulness, maximum range of motion and body mechanics. Ryan encourages students to find their own pace and what works best for their own body.
