Kickstart Your Week is a rise and shine Monday morning class designed to wake you up!
This class is designed to condition your body for the pursuit of Martial Arts. Trainer Michelle Sudol focuses on the art of self-improvement. Specifically, this class we will strengthen your basic movement patterns while improving your oxygen usage. We will also develop explosive power and reactivity in small increments. You’ll leave the class feeling energized and excited about continuing training!
We suggest that you arrive five to ten minutes early to stretch on your own.
